Atticus Partners, an award-winning agency working across a range of international public affairs and corporate communications clients, is looking for a highly motivated Director with strong cross-sector experience in public affairs and media to join our team.

Salary Band - Extremely competitive 

In the position of Director, you will:

  • Provide leadership to the business, including on company strategy, marketing, and new business development
  • Support the Founder with the day-to-day running and implementation of the strategic vision for the business
  • Take a leadership role in generating business leads across various sectors, oversee and lead responses to tender processes 
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders across public policy, corporate communications, campaign strategy, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement issues
  • Enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences
  • Line manage and mentor colleagues
  • Lead and coach junior team members to support their professional development and improve the overall quality of work and efficiency

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • At least 12 years’ experience in a similar setting, delivering a range of public affairs, public policy and corporate communications campaigns
  • Have worked closely with a wide variety of companies across a varied set of policy issues
  • Experience of working closely with a varied of political groups and stakeholders
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced business environment, effectively managing competing demands and priorities while providing strong leadership to those around you
